Recognizing that homeownership is the cornerstone of any community, we are committed to providing safe, quality housing for the under served in Greenville County. Our builders and contractors have over 130 years of combined experience in the industry.

The mission of GAHC is to revitalize and further develop portions of Greenville County that have been historically overlooked within its overall growth strategy.
Its primary focus is District 25, especially along the I-85 and White Horse Road Corridors; however, other areas will be taken into consideration contingent upon the consonance to the overall mission of GAHC.

In 2017, it was concluded that due to its land resources and proximity to I-85 and the White Horse Road Corridor,
District 25 would be at the center of significant redevelopment initiatives that will create a strong demand for quality affordable housing opportunities in the area. For this reason, Greenville Affordable Housing Coalition was created.

Unfortunately, today there is still a large mortgage-ready population that remains under-served by credit and increasing home prices. These under-served communities represent both the future of this countr
Under current lending practices, homeownership, a cornerstone of the American Dream will continue to become more and more out of reach, as this population, made-up of primarily low-to-moderate income families can only access smaller loans.
GAHC recognized these challenges and established a delivery system providing credit access and affordable housing opportunities to these under-served communitie
